Strawberry is one of my favorite fruit. I love to eat it. The fruit is widely appreciated, mainly for its characteristic aroma but also for its bright red color, and it is consumed in large quantities either fresh, or in prepared foods such as preserves, fruit juice, pies, ice creams, milk shake, etc. Artificial strawberry aroma is also widely used in all products. Most strawberry plants are now fed with artificial fertilizers, both before and after harvesting, and often before planting in plasticulture. In addition to being consumed fresh, strawberries can be frozen, made into preserves, as well as dried and used in such things as cereal bars. Strawberries are a popular addition to dairy products, as in strawberry flavored ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies and yogurts. I simply love them all! Strawberry pie is also popular. Strawberries can be dipped in melted chocolate fondue as a healthier way to enjoy chocolate.eemmm...yummy yummy!!!

In this part of the world, language is everything. Language is communication, language is commerce, language is politics, language is recreation and pretty much everything else. The language is Tamil. I am totally surprise to see the passion that the people here have for their native language. They also share a strong sense of brotherhood for all the Tamil speaking people around the country world. To reflect their love for the language, a World Classical Tamil Conference (Ulaga Thamizh Semmozhi Manadu) is being conducted, this time in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India from June 23rd to 27th, 2010. It is an opportunity for one and all to learn and exhibit their knowledge of the language and see for themselves the various forms that the language has taken from time immemorial. I personally feel guilty and sad because i could not join the conference there. If i had a chance, i would have definitely be there right now!

I love to wear Indian tradional clothes especially the Punjabi Suits which is also know as Shalwar kameez. It is a unisex dress similar in manner to shirt and pants worn by both women and men in the west. Traditionally, it has been worn in Afghanistan and areas comprising Pakistan. From the last century, the ladies of India have also adopted this dress in place of sari, the traditional dress of India. As this dress was introduced to India through the Punjabis from its western origins, it is commonly referred to as Punjabi suit by Indian Punjabis and Indians in general.
The integral part of shalwar kamees is the dupatta a long shawl wrapped around body or to cover head in more conservative families. The shalwar kamees fashion has revolved around the cuts and lengths of shalwar and of kamees and the print styles and color palette of the dupatta.

Jasmine is one off my favourite flower. Jasmine is a very popular flower around the world, especially in tropics because of its unique fragrance. Jasmine flowers are white in most species, with some species being yellow flowered. The flowers are worn by women in their hair in southern and southeast Asia. We Indians, always uses it as a compulsory flower for even our prayers, weddings and most of the cultural functions. The delicate jasmine flower opens only at night and may be plucked in the morning when the tiny petals are tightly closed, then stored in a cool place until night. The petals begin to open between six and eight in the evening, as the temperature lowers. Jasmine essential oil is in common use. Its flowers are either extracted by the labour-intensive method of enfleurage or through chemical extraction. It is expensive due to the large number of flowers needed to produce a small amount of oil. The flowers have to be gathered at night because the odour of jasmine is more powerful after dark. The flowers are laid out on cotton cloths soaked in olive oil for several days and then extracted leaving the true jasmine essence. It is also used to do perfumes and incense. There are cultural importance of jasmine flower in India. I love it too..

~my Blackberry Pearl..~

The day was so bored until i do not know what to do sitting at home doing nothing. The fine evening i receive a call from my fiancée approaching to follow him to the hand phone fair at KLCC. Since i got nothing to do, i said OK an followed him. My GOD, i did not expect a huge crowd there! We went around and was checking out the latest release phones and came across of this Blackberry Pearl. They let me to play with phone and it really impressed me a lot. Myself having a Nokia N86 was thinking it was just nice and cool for me all this while, but i was wrong.Suddenly i think it was too old-tech for me. This phone only weigh 102g(3.06oz). It has twin displays, a first for a blackberry, and each is capable for a automatically adjusting brightness based on ambient light levels.Other features on the Pearl Flip include Bluetooth 2.0 support, speaker independent voice dialing, and a large 20 key SureType hybrid QWERTY style keyboard with predictive text input. The Pearl Flip has a 2 megapixel camera and full music player application that are backed up by a micros SD card slot that helps to supports cards as large as 16GB in size. Now,i am just waiting for my birthday in Aug , because my fiancée promised me to get it for me. Day's, please move on fast. I am too excited to get it!!

~College Life!!~

College life is something that everyone should feel in this world. I am having a great time now. Despite studies, friends are of the important criteria in college. Basically, I am a poor starter. I feel shy to approach someone who I do not know. When I first entered Segi College KL, I was too nervous and scared to mix around with people I never know and recognized. Now, I have lot of friends and I am really enjoying the life.

We, five of us are the most closest in the college. Myself, Sham, Komala, Nantha n Mathan. We always hang out together no matter in classes or outside. When exams are the corner, we usually do study group, it sometimes works, and sometimes ended up chatting the whole day. We always plan to go out on weekends and I think this was the best way to get to know each other very well since we all are from different backgrounds. I hope this great and awesome friendship of us will continue to the end. Love u friends.

~Plan Corrupted!~

One of my best friend's birthday is nearing. On the 5th June. Don't know what to get for him.Planned to have a surprise birthday party among friends. Everything was well planned, suddenly changes occur and spoiled the plan. One of the girl, cant't make it on that day because she is have to follow her office colleague's for a Team Building sponsored by her Company. I am totally blur, and can't think anything much to continue the plan. Most probably, we have to postpone the plan to following week. The sad thing is, it's not going to be a surprise party as we planned! Hopefully, our second plan go on smoothly. I am very sorry friend.

~Langkawi Trip..~

Planned for almost six months and finally our plan was successful. Me and beloved, and my great Best friend Sham and her boyfriend Dana. We decided to go on a vacation to Langkawi Island, and here the day comes. May 7th, we took a MAS Airlines flight at 2.15pm and reached the about 3.10pm. The very first time I steeped on Langkawi. The moment we got down, we rent a car and get to our hotel, Asianna Hotel . The view there was awesome because it was located just a few meters away from the beach.

Without wasting our time, we checked in and had our shower. About 4.30, we head to the one of the famous place, Langkawi Cable Car. The cable car will brought us to the hill of Mount Mat Chinchang, where we have to enter the Oriental Village and take a short walk in order to reach the ticket counter and entrance to the cable car. Letting us to grasp the magnificent and breathtaking view of the whole island, and at the same time, it make us fall in love deeply with the beauty of Langkawi. Entrance fee for the cable car is RM 15 but it is only applicable for local tourists that have Malaysian ID card as proof.
The whole cable car ride takes about 15 minutes, with 2 viewing stations in between. Sitting in the 6-seat cable car, we able to see wide spread of lush forest and as the cable car moves, we saw a greater view where everything is surrounded by the beautiful Andaman Sea. Besides, we also spot the beautiful Seven Wells Waterfall from the cable car. The higher viewing station gives us a wider and more comprehensive look of the sea and skies. Here, we was mesmerized by the islands in different sizes scatter around.

Our next journey was to the famous Underwater World of Langkawi. Nowhere else in Malaysia would one be able to view a larger collection of aquatic life of over 200 species than at Underwater World Langkawi, which is also the largest aquarium in Malaysia today. There are over 5000 fishes and other marine life, which are presented in more than 117 specially designed tanks that are arranged along a zoom long passageway.
It was an amazing 3 days in Langkawi and despite not being my first trip, I always find reasons to come back to this magical island.

~1st day at new job..~

Today will be my 1st day at PDD Sdn. Bhd. I reached there at about 8.10 a.m and that's too early because my work only starts at 9.00.Since i have a lot of time to go, i decided to have breakfast with my fiancée at the nearest restaurant. Time shows 8.50, and i went up to 14th floor where my new office located. As usual, I was introduced to all by one of the staff and had a small briefing by the Boss. I started the work as usual since i am used to the job.The whole day was so bored, because i was too shy to talk to anyone there and i felt being alone. I was keep looking at my watch at my wrist and hoping to see it shows 6.00 p.m to go back home. Maybe i felt that way because its my first day and everything seems to be new for me from the environment to the people around me.Finally, my official first day at work ended with 15 minutes of briefing again with my colleagues and Bose's. Hope the 2nd day will be a better day onwards.

~Last day at ASI..~

Today was my last day at ASI Group of Companies. I has worked there for almost four years, and now leaving because i just can't stand the stupid attitude of some of my colleagues. And one of the other reason is looking for better pay and different scope of work. I first joined there as an Admin Assistant and was promoted as an Account Assistant after 1 1/2 years. I had a great time when there was very friendly and helpful colleagues around me one time. When they started to move out one by one, that was when i felt the pressure by my Superior, and i understand that was the reason for them to leave the company as well. Anyhow, i enjoyed working there and would like to thanks all my colleagues and not forgetting my Superior and Manager for their support and guidance through out my days there.I am definitely going to miss the happy days here. BYE BYE ASI...

~Penang vacation!!!~

Vacations is usually spend with our family members, especially on long holidays at a far place, but it is the first vacation for me with my school BEST FRIENDS, Deshi, Saras, and Vighna on 1st May 2010.

The actual purpose of planning this vacation is mainly more to a reunion gather with one of my school best friend Prem, since we did not see each other for years.
Our trip is to her house which is located in Butterworth, Penang. At the same time we had a chance to admire the beauty of that city so we took this as an opportunity. I experience few new adventures, such as getting on a ferry for the first time.

Not forgetting the Bukit Bendera, getting on a Land Rover to get to the hill with high accelerations and sharp turns on slopes, it was really an exciting experience for my friends and me. The minute we got there, the environment and the sceneries up from the hill made me so speech less, it was so breathtakingly beautiful. The only thing i could describe is, nature has conquered everything. After sightseeing, our stomach alarm has rang to feed them, anyway a vacation in Penang will not be completed without the special meal called Nasi Kandar Pulau Pinang. We enjoyed our lunch at a local Nasi Kandar hawker stall, its a meal of rice with choices of chicken, mutton, fish curry, accompanied by side dish vegetables and also papadam crackers. Just after the delicious moments, we head on to the nearest theather for a relaxing cinema. Well it was a tiring day too,at the end of the day,we went to Gurney Plaza. It was so convenient for us to browse around for souveniers, handicraft stores, and also the night market. Finally, we head back home by taxi using the Penang Bridge. This is a pleasent experiance and its anenjoyable trip of my live time with my lovely friends.

~Created blog for the very 1st time!~

Today is Wednesday. As usual i went to IS class and i thought it will be boring as usual. It is not because of the lecturer, but the subject itself.I don't understand anything because i don't pay attention in the class since i don't like the subject.it wasn't like how i thought earlier, today's class was interesting. The lecturer teaches us on how to create a Blog as it was a part of our assignment.I was really excited as i have never had a blog and it was quite interesting to do it in the class with all my other friends while teasing each other because none of them had a blog. That sounds really weird right!!Lucky, our Sir teaches us everything from A to Z on how to create the blog, layouts, and flags. We was asked to create 10 post with not less than 100 words. That's quite a lot!!But what's the BEST part here is, i can post anything here. That's something interesting, so i do not have to think much, and i like it.So, i am going start to think on what to write on my blog, and on how to get good marks.Till then, hope u guys will enjoy reading my blog onwards and thank you for viewing my blog!!
