Strawberry is one of my favorite fruit. I love to eat it. The fruit is widely appreciated, mainly for its characteristic aroma but also for its bright red color, and it is consumed in large quantities either fresh, or in prepared foods such as preserves, fruit juice, pies, ice creams, milk shake, etc. Artificial strawberry aroma is also widely used in all products. Most strawberry plants are now fed with artificial fertilizers, both before and after harvesting, and often before planting in plasticulture. In addition to being consumed fresh, strawberries can be frozen, made into preserves, as well as dried and used in such things as cereal bars. Strawberries are a popular addition to dairy products, as in strawberry flavored ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies and yogurts. I simply love them all! Strawberry pie is also popular. Strawberries can be dipped in melted chocolate fondue as a healthier way to enjoy chocolate.eemmm...yummy yummy!!!

In this part of the world, language is everything. Language is communication, language is commerce, language is politics, language is recreation and pretty much everything else. The language is Tamil. I am totally surprise to see the passion that the people here have for their native language. They also share a strong sense of brotherhood for all the Tamil speaking people around the country world. To reflect their love for the language, a World Classical Tamil Conference (Ulaga Thamizh Semmozhi Manadu) is being conducted, this time in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India from June 23rd to 27th, 2010. It is an opportunity for one and all to learn and exhibit their knowledge of the language and see for themselves the various forms that the language has taken from time immemorial. I personally feel guilty and sad because i could not join the conference there. If i had a chance, i would have definitely be there right now!

I love to wear Indian tradional clothes especially the Punjabi Suits which is also know as Shalwar kameez. It is a unisex dress similar in manner to shirt and pants worn by both women and men in the west. Traditionally, it has been worn in Afghanistan and areas comprising Pakistan. From the last century, the ladies of India have also adopted this dress in place of sari, the traditional dress of India. As this dress was introduced to India through the Punjabis from its western origins, it is commonly referred to as Punjabi suit by Indian Punjabis and Indians in general.
The integral part of shalwar kamees is the dupatta a long shawl wrapped around body or to cover head in more conservative families. The shalwar kamees fashion has revolved around the cuts and lengths of shalwar and of kamees and the print styles and color palette of the dupatta.

Jasmine is one off my favourite flower. Jasmine is a very popular flower around the world, especially in tropics because of its unique fragrance. Jasmine flowers are white in most species, with some species being yellow flowered. The flowers are worn by women in their hair in southern and southeast Asia. We Indians, always uses it as a compulsory flower for even our prayers, weddings and most of the cultural functions. The delicate jasmine flower opens only at night and may be plucked in the morning when the tiny petals are tightly closed, then stored in a cool place until night. The petals begin to open between six and eight in the evening, as the temperature lowers. Jasmine essential oil is in common use. Its flowers are either extracted by the labour-intensive method of enfleurage or through chemical extraction. It is expensive due to the large number of flowers needed to produce a small amount of oil. The flowers have to be gathered at night because the odour of jasmine is more powerful after dark. The flowers are laid out on cotton cloths soaked in olive oil for several days and then extracted leaving the true jasmine essence. It is also used to do perfumes and incense. There are cultural importance of jasmine flower in India. I love it too..

~my Blackberry Pearl..~

The day was so bored until i do not know what to do sitting at home doing nothing. The fine evening i receive a call from my fiancée approaching to follow him to the hand phone fair at KLCC. Since i got nothing to do, i said OK an followed him. My GOD, i did not expect a huge crowd there! We went around and was checking out the latest release phones and came across of this Blackberry Pearl. They let me to play with phone and it really impressed me a lot. Myself having a Nokia N86 was thinking it was just nice and cool for me all this while, but i was wrong.Suddenly i think it was too old-tech for me. This phone only weigh 102g(3.06oz). It has twin displays, a first for a blackberry, and each is capable for a automatically adjusting brightness based on ambient light levels.Other features on the Pearl Flip include Bluetooth 2.0 support, speaker independent voice dialing, and a large 20 key SureType hybrid QWERTY style keyboard with predictive text input. The Pearl Flip has a 2 megapixel camera and full music player application that are backed up by a micros SD card slot that helps to supports cards as large as 16GB in size. Now,i am just waiting for my birthday in Aug , because my fiancée promised me to get it for me. Day's, please move on fast. I am too excited to get it!!
